Payments for On Line purchases can be made in US Dollars only, using the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.

All orders received by 12:00 noon EST will be shipped same day. All others will be shipped on the next business day. When an item is out of stock or discontinued by the manufacturer, we will offer the customer a comparable garment. In rare occasions, when we sold out and manufacturer is out of stock on an item, it may take up to 2-3 weeks for delivery. All communications are conducted via email, so customers are encouraged to check it daily. When deemed urgent, we will attempt phone communication so ensure we have a current phone#, else urgent matters will also be communicated via the slower email medium. The shipping method used is the one selected by the customer on the Check Out page. Basic shipping charges are:

Shipping outside United States is done via USPS (United States Postal Services) as it is more economical then UPS or FedEx. Customers who prefer UPS shipment must request so in an email to us soon after order is placed. Customer account will then be charged the difference in shipping costs (if any) and order will be shipped via the method specified in customer's email. Please note that once order is shipped, a tracking# will be provided and we no longer have any control, nor can we assume any liability for items lost or delayed in shipping or destination country's customs. We will however, assist in the expedient recovery of the items by any means we possibly can.

We will gladly exchange, issue a store credit, or issue a credit card refund for any unworn merchandise accompanied by an up to 45 days old sales receipt and all original tags attached. Shipping is not refundable and all return shipping costs will be paid by the customer (Bustiers and Strapless Long Line bras are subject to a 15% restocking fees, due to the large costs and overhead involved in shipping and handling these items). In the unlikely event that the wrong item was shipped, we will reimburse original as well as return shipping costs. In all return cases, please email us a request for a 'Return Merchandise Form' and follow instructions for shipping directions. Customers are strongly encouraged to insure the returns since we are not responsible for lost or damaged items. We will issue refunds in same fashion they were originally paid. Shipping refunds, if appropriate, will be made after we have received merchandise and verified against original order that wrong item was shipped. All refunds will be posted immediately, however it may take up to two billing cycles to show on your statement.

There are two kind of promotions: 1. On-going 20% off on the purchase of 3 or more (non specialty, non Wacoal) bras and/or 3 or more panties. To get this discount just click the 'Apply Discount' button on the Checkout screen. Discount will be automatically calculated and deducted from total purchase. System will not be able to apply discount if this button is not selected. 2. Promotional coupons send by mail, email, offered through the media or in our store. These coupons are cashed in same manner as in Item #1 above. On the Check Out screen select 'Apply Coupon'. In the pop up window that follows, enter the Coupon number. System will calculate and apply the discount automatically.

All customer information obtained through this site will be kept strictly confidential and used solely to facilitate an expedient and personalized service to our customers. No information will ever be disclosed to any outside entity.
